My Path Back to the Light

Welcome — I'm glad you're here. My name is Anabell and here's my story. I've always had two great passions — art and psychology. For a long time, they felt like separate worlds, until I discovered Art Therapy — the space where they naturally become one. Through this path, I found my own potential and a way to help others see theirs.

I've witnessed how creative expression can awaken light within — helping people believe in themselves, move toward their goals, and rediscover joy in everyday life. Art therapy, for me, is more than a method. It's a way of living with awareness, harmony, and gratitude. It's the moment when you begin to see new horizons and realize that everything you've been searching for was already inside you.
