A group art therapy workshop is a warm, atmospheric, and creatively engaging session designed for emotional release, intuitive expression, and meaningful connection with others. I create a cosy, safe environment — with tea, gentle guidance, and a supportive group energy, where participants can relax, open up, and explore their inner world through art.
The session begins with a short guided meditation to help everyone center, ground, and connect with their inner state before starting the creative work. After this, each person creates their own artwork based on the theme of the session, using intuitive drawing, expressive techniques, and symbolic imagery.
After the creative process, we take time to analyze each drawing together. I offer a symbolic reading of the artwork, help you understand the emotional layers behind your image, and provide a “situational spread” — a therapeutic interpretation that reveals hidden meanings, patterns, or inner messages reflected in your creation.

Symbolic images reveal hidden fears, desires, or unresolved issues that aren’t fully conscious.
Working with symbols offers a fresh perspective on life circumstances, helping organize thoughts and notice key insights.
Symbolic exploration helps people access inner resources, trust their instincts, and regain a sense of personal empowerment.
The atmosphere of the workshop is built on connection, unity, and support. The group shares reflections, insights, and experiences in a gentle, respectful way, creating a sense of community and belonging.
This format is ideal for small groups, women’s circles, creative communities, or wellness events. It supports emotional openness, inspiration, and the joy of being understood and seen within a nurturing group space.
